Yes. The core platform — booking pages, staff management, customer profiles, QR tickets, email reminders, and the real-time dashboard — is free forever. We charge 0% commission. We may introduce optional premium add-ons in future, but core functionality will always be free.
Most salons are live within 20 minutes. Creating an account takes under 2 minutes. Adding your services, staff, and working hours is the main setup task — expect 10–15 minutes depending on how many services you offer. After that, your booking page is live and shareable immediately.
Absolutely. Your Loxley booking page has its own URL that you can link to from anywhere — your existing website, Instagram bio, Google Business profile, or a printed QR code. You don't need to replace anything; Loxley slots in alongside whatever you already use.
No. Clients can book without creating any account — they just enter their name, phone number, and email. They receive an instant confirmation email with their digital QR ticket. If they want to view or cancel bookings later, they can access a simple lookup page with their booking reference.
Every booking request runs through our duration-aware conflict detection engine. When a client books a 90-minute service with a specific staff member at 2pm, the system blocks out 2pm–3:30pm for that staff member, and removes those slots from the live availability calendar in real time. Two clients cannot book the same slot because the system checks availability against your complete schedule before confirming any booking.
You can export all your data as CSV at any time from your dashboard. Deleting your account is instant and permanent — all your data is removed from our servers within 30 days, in compliance with UK GDPR. There are no cancellation fees, notice periods, or lock-in contracts.
Payment processing via Stripe is coming soon. In the current version, bookings are confirmed without upfront payment — payment happens in-person at the salon. The deposit and pre-payment feature is on our roadmap for Q3 2026.
